New Project for HSC at Bloom Heathrow
HSC has been appointed by Colmore Capital and Henley Investment Management Limited to undertake Business Community Asset Management and Digital Marketing at Bloom Heathrow. We are reviewing the marketing and communication strategy and have prepared a strategy for improved audience engagement. We will meet and integrate with our local community neighbours, engage with local charities and positively increase impact and difference. The social media management and marketing is also being undertaken by HSC. Tenant engagement initiatives carried out at the park will also be enhanced by HSC Events.
Bloom is a 19-acre parkland office campus providing 375,000 sq ft over 7 office buildings with current and future availabilities from 3,000 up to 155,000 sq ft. Office space and the whole estate have undergone significant refurbishment works.
