Theatredelicatessen uses commercial property, awaiting redevelopment or reletting, to house their productions.

They innovatively use their surroundings in creating their sets and encourage the audience to move around with the actors and participate.

Pedal Pusher was awarded Time Out's “Best of Year 2009”. Heather Smith Commercial is delighted to be supporting and sponsoring the show at the Edinburgh Festival from 2nd to 30th August 2010.

Samsonite relocate to new offices at Stockley Park

Samsonite have relocated their UK Sales and Marketing team to 1 The Square, Stockley Park from Bath Road, Heathrow. They occupy 5,500 sq ft made up of offices and a showroom displaying their products. They have taken a 10 year lease with a tenant only break at year 5.

Heather Smith Commercial acquired the offices and successfully disposed of their Bath Road building.
